Electric Welder & Short Circuit Testing Machine For Automotive Battery
Our company has been specializing in Fully-Automatic Assembly Line For Automotive Battery for many years, offering professional Assembly Line For Automotive Battery and Automotive Battery Equipment.
Full-automatic electric welder completes the thru-the-partition intercell connection weld of car battery of single cover; Before the welding station, this
Electric Welder & Short Circuit Testing machine is equipped with the shorting circuit testing station.

Sequence of Operation
After batteries pass the hole punching and elements insertion stations, this
Electric Welder & Short Circuit Testing machine receives this battery from the customer's conveyor line onto the driven conveyor that deliver this battery into the gate. From this gate,
the battery is conveyed to the welding heads (grips) are automatically lowered and raised into the welding
position to process the required number of welds. The battery is automatically relocated on weld sequences and the battery is conveyed to next operating station.
The last operating station -- short circuit testing; once testing process is completed, and if short circuit is found or (and) the welding condition is no good on process, the machine will detect the problem and the battery is conveyed to the end of machine and rejected. A selection switch for "X" mode (car cell layout) or "Y" mode (Truck cell layout) is mounted on the control box. On 12V (Below 120AH) car battery, in the "X" mode of operation, the machine will process sequentially five welds. The first weld head can change to operation direction to weld the first hole of one side 3 locations, the next 2 holes will process by second weld head continuously, and then the other side 2 locations will be welded by other head. On 12V (120AH-200AH) truck size batteries, in the "Y" mode of operation, the one "Y" model weld is preceded first and then one "X" mode head lower and weld 2 locations at one side, then the another head will lower and weld 2 locations at other side. After the completion of the welding sequence, the battery is conveyed to final testing station for short circuit testing process; if any bad welding or short circuit condition was detected, the next process of the battery will be save and machine pass the battery to reject area; upon completion of all process, the finished battery will be pass along the line of travel to the customer's output conveyor.
